We will not always understand everything that God allows to be in our lives, good or bad. But we must trust that God knows and wants what’s needed for us, his children. A great place to start is by simply reading the Bible. God’s word informs us of what God has formerly done and provides us with comfort, knowing that God can do anything in our lives.

Proverbs 3:5 ESV

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

The worst thing we can do in delicate times is trying to fix everything on our own. As believers , we too must trust indeed in hard times when it seems like God has abandoned us. Flash back, “ lean not on your own understanding. ”

Knowing that the difficulties of life may strike at any time should motivate us to make trusting God a habit.
